Gina's quest to understand all aspects of 'mind, body and soul' led her into sports psychology. Being quite active and sports orriented herself, Gina understands the conflicts that arises, between, the mind, emotions and the required actions needed, when training for specific sports competitions. It doesn't help when these competitions fall on one of our off days! We all have them, they are part of the package deal, we can't re-schedule the competition to one of our good days, we just have to perform the best we can, regardless of the way we are feeling.
Whether it is a sporting activity or the sport of ' Life', either way we all need to contend with our conflicting thoughts and emotions, in order to achieve our desired goals. Our minds are like a computer, if the computer is wired and running properly, the output is good and we achieve maximum results with minimum effort. If the computer is malfunctioning it will be the other way around, maximum effort with minimum results obtained! Whatever, your sport is, it is essential to get the computer part of us running smoothly! 98% of our success depends on the part above the shoulders! Get this part right and the rest starts to fall into place! Gina has many tried and tested techniques & triggers that will enhance the individuals performance at all levels, Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually to obtain and maintain your 'Peak' performance in sport.
